I could've sworn I had more than this... Feels like I've bought a lot more. Regardless, my collection is starting to take shape. But I'm still far from completion.

Mail Day!

Got two copies in the mail today of Ten Songs - the new grey mix and a black (unknown pressing - PM sent to Var on NIR boards to find out).

Also just won a copy of Four Songs on red on eBay. Pretty stoked for that! Picture soon...

I Stand Corrected

The translucent dark purple I had was 9th pressing. The other purple is 6th pressing purple. Thank you to Alan on the NIR boards.

I just won a black copy of Ten Songs on the bay. Not sure which pressing. Will take pics and ask on the NIR boards. Also just bought the Split with THT on pasty blue - 3rd pressing /361.

Leaves me with 24 pieces of vinyl and 3 CDs to find/buy. This is not including test pressings.

Ten Songs - 10th Pressing

10th Pressing went up for sale on 5/17 apparently. Glad I caught it. 300 pressed on gray mix (aka No Idea Gray).

This means the one I have that is translucent purple is not actually the 10th pressing, even though it came out after the 9th. I suppose we will call that one the 9.5th pressing.

Slow...

Haven't found anything recently, really. But I have gotten a lot in the mail that I bought previously. Today's loot included the Two Songs 7". About to spin that.

Looks awesome. Heavy chipboard cover, not flimsy like in the later pressings. Also, no labels. Looks like someone etched "I Hate Myself" into the center with an X-acto knife. Pretty hardcore. Bought from the dude at 1-2-3-4 Go! Records. Solid seller.

The First Crush Compilation
This isn't the Tenka-ichi-Buddokai is the song featured here. Funny story in the liner notes, not sure which band member wrote it. Finally found out what Tenka-ichi-Buddokai is.

403 Chaos Comp: Florida Fucking Hardcore
I Hate Myself contribute "Caught in a Flood with the Captain of the Cheerleading Squad". One of my favorite songs from them. Pretty sweet comp here - Strikeforce Diablo, Hot Water Music, combatwoundedveteran, Twelve Hour Turn, I Hate Myself, among others.

Got the NIR100: Redefiling Music CD in the mail the other day, and the I Hate Myself song on it is badass. I've never heard the original version of the song, but I'm sure IHM's version is badass-er.

Can't tell very well from this picture, but the Ten Songs LP is a very translucent dark purple. Looks awesome! It was a little warped when it got here, but not enough to really affect play or anything.
